1 cup flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup veg oil
1 egg
Preheat 400F and grease skillet with 1 tbsp butter
Mix dry ingredients first
Mix wet ingredients
Stir in wet to dry
Bake for 20-25 mins
Added 1-2 tbsp rosemary and finely chopped bell pepper
