Shooji

 1 cup shooji 

3 cups water

3/4 -1 cup of sugar 


Make sheera - raisin / water / sugar / boil well and set aside when dissolved  

3/4 cup ghee and few cardamom, fry shooji well. When fragrant and brown - gradually add the sheera to it. Will thicken as it cools so stop while still moist
